Cancellation and Refund Policy

We’re truly looking forward to welcoming you to Sip & Soul Retreats—a place where wine, wellness, and connection blend into meaningful, memorable experiences. Because our retreats are intentionally intimate, each reservation represents a significant commitment on both sides. To honor your investment and the agreements we make with our venues, travel partners, and wellness professionals, we’ve established the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 years of age or older to book, attend, or participate in any Sip & Soul Retreats event or activity. By completing your booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Deposits
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations & Credits (Guest-Initiated)
Up to 90 days before the retreat start date
- Refund: 25% of payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
- Credit Option: Alternatively, 100% of payments made, including the deposit, may be applied as a credit toward a future Sip & Soul Retreat.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation. The refund may take additional time to post to the account used for the initial payment method.
89–60 days before the retreat start date
- No refunds will be issued.
- Credit Option Only: Payments made (including the deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat.
Less than 60 days before the retreat start date
- All payments are non-refundable.
- No credits will be issued.
No-shows or early departures
- No refunds or credits can be offered.
Transfer of Registration to Another Person
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person who meets all eligibility requirements (including being 21+). The following conditions apply:
- Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
- The new participant must complete all required forms and agree to all retreat policies.
- A $75 administrative transfer fee may apply.
If Sip & Soul Retreats Cancels
In the unlikely event that Sip & Soul Retreats must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made. This refund does not include additional expenses such as airfare, travel insurance, or other costs not paid directly to Sip & Soul Retreats.
Guest Conduct Requirements
To ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for all participants, Sip & Soul Retreats maintains a firm Code of Conduct.
If a registrant or participant engages in:
- Offensive, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior
- Actions that may endanger themselves, other guests, or staff
- Behavior that significantly disrupts the retreat environment or operations
Sip & Soul Retreats reserves the right to remove the individual from the retreat immediately.
If removal is required:
- No refund or credit of any kind will be issued.
- Sip & Soul Retreats will assist in locating available lodging for the remaining retreat dates. The participant is responsible for all alternative lodging expenses.
- The participant will be required to leave the retreat premises immediately.
Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
Given the possibility of unexpected events, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This may protect your investment in cases such as:
- Illness or injury
- Family emergencies
- Travel delays or interruptions
- Government travel restrictions
- Other unforeseen disruptions
Acknowledgment of Policy
By booking a Sip & Soul Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
