About Sip & Soul

Sip & Soul Wine & Wellness Retreats offer curated getaways for women ready to step out of their routines, savor connection, and refill their own glass—with wine, laughter, and intention. Each retreat blends mindful wellness experiences, local wine culture, and meaningful time to rest, reflect, and reconnect.

Our retreats are designed for women who love travel, community, and intentional living. You don’t need to be a “wine expert” or a yogi—just open to good conversation, self-care, and shared joy.

Not yet. Our retreats are currently designed for women, but we believe everyone deserves time to unplug, savor, and reconnect. In the future, we may introduce “Sip & Soul Together” experiences for couples or mixed groups—so stay tuned!

Our goal is to host one retreat each season—each with its own flavor, energy, and sense of place. Spring might be about renewal, summer about vibrancy, fall about transformation, and winter about reflection. As we grow, we hope to expand beyond that rhythm, offering additional experiences, pop-up weekends, and collaborations that keep the Sip & Soul magic flowing year-round.

We intentionally keep our retreats intimate—typically 8 to 12 guests. That size allows for genuine connection, unhurried conversation, and personalized experiences at each winery, table, and gathering. You’ll have plenty of space for alone time when you need it, and plenty of community when you want it.

No—each retreat is designed to highlight a different wine region and its unique soul. We’ll be traveling to beautiful vineyards and wellness destinations across the U.S.—from Oregon’s Willamette Valley to New York’s Finger Lakes and beyond. That said, some places capture our hearts (and yours), so we’ll likely return to favorite destinations that feel especially aligned with the Sip & Soul experience.

Not at all. Sip & Soul isn’t about drinking more—it’s about savoring better. Wine is part of the experience because it brings people together and invites slowing down, conversation, and appreciation. We focus on mindfulness, connection, and joy—not overindulgence. Think sunset tastings, chef-paired dinners, and meaningful conversation over a beautiful glass.

Absolutely—downtime is part of the design. Every Sip & Soul retreat balances shared experiences with intentional space to rest and recharge. You’ll have quiet moments for journaling, reading, exploring on your own, or simply enjoying a glass of wine with a view. We believe transformation happens as much in the stillness as it does in the shared moments.

Booking & Logistics

Each retreat has a simple online booking link. A deposit holds your space, with final payment due 60 days prior to the retreat. Once you’re confirmed, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet with all the details.

Yes. We offer flexible installment options to make your experience stress-free. Details vary by retreat and are clearly outlined at checkout.

Lodging, meals, wine experiences, wellness sessions, and curated group activities are all included—plus plenty of unstructured time to relax and explore. Airfare, transfers, and optional spa services are typically not included unless noted.

Guests arrange their own travel to and from the retreat, giving you flexibility with timing and preferences. However, Sip & Soul partners with Break Free Journeys by Dream Vacations, a licensed travel agency, and together we can help you plan retreat extensions or private, wine-focused vacations beyond your Sip & Soul experience.

You won’t need a car during the retreat itself, but you will need transportation to and from the airport. We’ll include a list of preferred local transportation providers (with a booking code) in your Welcome Packet to make your arrival and departure easy.

During the Retreat

Mornings often start with yoga, journaling, or a slow breakfast. Days include vineyard visits, chef-led meals, or creative workshops—and evenings are reserved for connection, conversation, and rest. Every itinerary leaves room for spontaneity and personal time.

No. You’re encouraged to listen to your own pace. Everything is optional—your retreat is truly your time to recharge. (Please note that pricing does not decrease for skipped activities.)

We’ll send a detailed packing list 4–6 weeks before departure, including suggestions for comfort and climate, as well as any optional workshops or experiences. We want you to feel comfortable and elegant as you see fit. And if you love wine as much as we do, bring an extra checked bag—or we can help arrange shipping from select wineries.

Connection & Community
